Planet Express operations continue as usual during the COVID-19 situation, however, there are a few limitations to keep in mind when using our services.

Availability Of Our Shipping Methods

DHL, FedEx, and Aramex methods are still available to every country we ship to (read where we don’t ship in our FAQ), however, you may experience slight delays that can take up to 2 weeks.

The Planet Mail Express, USPS Economy, USPS Priority & Postal Service Fully Tracked are suspended to these counties.

COVID-19 Shipping FAQ

Are there any delivery delays?

Yes. Due to employee shortage and higher volume of packages sent due to increased demand for online products, please, expect delivery delays. The delay may vary depending on the delivery method you choose. For example, Planet Mail may be delayed for up to 4 weeks, USPS for up to 2 weeks, DHL & FedEx for up to 1 week.

Why are shipping methods suspended to some countries only?

We have to respect our logistics partners and their decisions of suspending some countries due to their service impacts related to the COVID-19.
The main reasons are the following:
• Foreign postal operator service suspension
• Suspension due to unavailability of transportation

What is Planet Express doing to keep customers and employees safe?

We are closely in touch with local authorities in order to get the first-hand info about the COVID-19.
We provided our employees with the necessary material like facemasks, hand sanitizers, etc., and we also introduced higher hygiene standards in our warehouses.
