Start by entering your order request through your Shop for Me page. Make sure to select Japan as the warehouse. Once submitted, your request will be forwarded to our shopper in Japan.
2. Our Shopper Reviews Your Order π
After receiving the request, the shopper will review the order details carefully.
If any items are unavailable, changed, or need clarification, the shopper will email you directly with updates. They will also provide the total order cost and let you know how much funding is needed to begin processing.
3. Add Funds to Your Account π°
Once you receive the order total, you will need to add funds to your Planet Express account.
After the funds are available, the shopper will deduct the required amount and complete the purchase on your behalf.
4. Your Items Arrive to the Shopper in Japan π¬
Once the order arrives, the shopper will contact you to confirm your preferred forwarding address.
At that point, the shopper will also provide the shipping cost for forwarding your package from Japan to your destination.
5. Add Shipping Funds and Receive Tracking π
After you add the shipping funds to your account, the shopper will ship the package and send you the tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
