This option provides a more detailed inspection. We can photograph the invoice, shoe and clothing labels to confirm the correct size, and model, serial, or IMEI numbers on electronics such as phones and computers.

Customs forms are an important part of international shipping. With this service, we open your package and fill out the customs declaration based on the invoice and the package contents.
If there is no invoice included, we will enter the product descriptions and you add the prices yourself.

Return Package Request: Easy Returns to the Sender โฉ๏ธ

If you need to return a package to the sender, we can help. You simply upload the return label, and we will process the return request.
This price includes:
- $5 special request fee
- $2 mail-out fee
Our return package request service is useful when you receive the wrong item, need to exchange something, or decide not to keep a purchase from a U.S. retailer.
Other Request: Flexible Help for Special Package Needs ๐ ๏ธ

Not every request fits into a standard category, which is why we offer an Other Request option.
You can use this service for anything else you would like us to do with your package. Common examples include repacks, package splits, additional bubble wrap, added protection, and other custom handling requests. There is a 500-character limit for instructions, and if you need to include more details, additional charges may apply. If the request is more complex, we may charge a higher fee, but we will always let you know before moving forward.
This option gives our customers more flexibility when they need something specific done with their shipment.
Report Mistake: Fast Corrections at No Charge โ

If something was performed incorrectly with your package, you can report the issue and we will fix it as soon as possible.
We know how important accuracy is when it comes to package forwarding, and this option allows customers to quickly notify us if something needs to be corrected.
Trash: Free Package Disposal ๐๏ธ

If you no longer want a package, we can dispose of it free of charge.
This is a useful option for customers who decide not to ship an item, receive something they no longer need, or want to remove unwanted goods from their account. Please note that if any services or requests were performed on the package before the trash request was submitted, those charges would still apply at that time.
Priority Processing: Faster Handling When Time Matters โก
Many of our additional services include an optional Priority upgrade for +$3, which means we will process the request within 24 hours.
This is a great option for customers who are on a deadline, need a quick inspection, or want to move their shipment along faster.
