We have noticed that some customers received a tracking update from a carrier which delivers to Planet Express warehouse, that package was not delivered because of business was closed. But it is not true.
Sometimes when a carrier has a lot of packages and simply it’s not possible to load all packages into one delivery car. Then carrier decides to deliver your package next day. Unfortunately, many of them update the tracking with a note that package was not delivered because of business was closed which is not true. We are able to receive all your packages every day and we manage our business hours based on the delivery time of all carriers. In case that you see a tracking update as mentioned before, no worries at all. Carrier will just deliver your package the next day.
