- Planet Express trademarks cannot be used in connection with any products or services that are not provided by Planet Express.
- All contents, designs, a software of Planet Express are copyrighted by Planet Express.
- Planet Express reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- All pricing structures and shipping prices are reserved for our customers only. We reserve the right to close, block, or shut down any accounts that are created by our competitors and their employees or affiliates.
- At Planet Express, Fraud Protection is our top priority. We always protect the merchants as well as our customers against any fraudulent activity. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement and authority. If you believe you are or may be a victim of fraudulent activity, please contact us immediately.
- As a Planet Express customer, you agree not to use our service for any illegal activities or any unlawful purposes.
- Our new affiliate structure, starting July 19th, 2023 any new client that signs up and ships out their first package using your affiliate link are counted towards this new commission rate. Clients signed up prior to this date would not be counted. We reserve the right to change terms to our affiliate program at any time.
- The shipping rate and service are subject to be changed. All shipping rates are estimated by our shipping partners (FedEx, USPS, DHL, Aramex, and a few other carriers).
Users Terms & Conditions
- Must use a legal name, address, payment provider, and legal information.
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Must not use our Service for any illegal activity or violate any law in your country or the USA.
- All payments must be authorized by your own financial account. No third-party payment is allowed.
- The available payment methods may vary depending on your country.
- The storage term is based on the membership plan. 45 days for Premium Mail Box and 10 days for Free Mail Box
- After the free storage expires, packages will be kept for additional 180 days and customers can still mail them out after paying all due storage fees. Package is permanently removed after 180 days from the customer’s account at which point the package is considered abandoned.
- Unclaimed Mail and Packages are considered abandoned after 60 days if not claimed.
- Permanently removed packages are disposed off, donated or sold by Planet Express.
- All packages will be shipped via our available shipping methods in our shipping calculator only. No third party shipping method allowed.
- All items for import & export must follow the rule and regulations provided by carriers and by US Custom & Border Protection, US Department of Commerce, and the Department of Homeland Security. We will not export the items if any item falls under prohibited or restricted items.
- Annual and monthly Premium Mail Box is not refundable
- We reserved the right to close or suspend any account at our discretion due to fraudulent or illegal activities. All illegal activities will be reported to the USA authority and law enforcement.
- The Oregon and Florida warehouses are blocked to Nigeria.
- The Florida warehouse does NOT provide domestic shipping options.
- The UK warehouse is blocked to these countries: Ghana, Nigeria, and Indonesia.
- Planet Express reserves the right to refuse service to specific locations.
- In case of a refund of your deposit, a 5% transaction fee will be applied and any other fee associated with the payment processor.
- 1% cash-back for using crypto-currency is non-refundable. If you ask to refund your account balance, the 1% cash-back will be deducted from the account balance.
- All items sold on our auction portal must be shipped out of our warehouse using your Planet Express account. We do not allow in-person pick-ups for auction items.
- All the sales on the auction portal are final. Please be aware that no returns will be accepted. Auction items must be paid within 30 days of being checked into account. Restocking fee would apply.
- 3rd party shipping labels can not be used to ship out from Planet Express. The exception is for returns. All packages must be shipped out using Planet Express provided shipping methods within Planet Express system.
- Shop For Me cancellations and returns will be subject to a $7 return fee and any fees charged by the retailer for the return/cancellation. The $5 and 7% processing fee is non-refundable.
Import & Export Terms & Conditions
- All exported or imported items must comply with the US Department of Commerce, US Department of Homeland Security, and US Customs Border Protection.
- All items being exported or imported must follow the regulation of our shipping carriers. If items do not meet the requirement or are considered Prohibited items, we will not be able to ship the items.
- Any illegal contents, material, and goods will be turned to the US authority and law enforcement for any needed investigation.
- Planet Express is not responsible for any duty and tax subject to any package being exported. It is the sole duty of the recipient to pay for the tax and duty of packages upon receiving in his/her country. All packages are sent as Delivery Duty Unpaid.
- All packages are subjected to be inspected prior to export/ship due to the requirement of shipping carriers and US Customs Border Protection.
- Any item or package that is over $2500 will need Electronic Export Information. Only FedEx and DHL will be able to send such value packages. Planet Express will assist the customer for Electronic Export Information (EEI), the fee is $40. Please contact our support for more info.
- All shipments being sent to China/Hong Kong must have an EEI filed as per required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
- The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed. These estimated delivery dates are base on major/popular countries only. The actual time for the package delivery to each country may vary.
- Customers are responsible for customs clearance and knowing customs restrictions of their country. Planet Express will assist customers with the process if necessary. It is the clients responsibility to properly fill out and declare all items in the customs declaration. If filled incorrectly and customs requests an amended declaration there will be a $15 fee to submit the updated customs declaration. Once the package sent by us reaches to your country and will be checked by your local customs, they (or the carrier) will get in touch with you with further instructions about the payment. The recipient is responsible for clearing packages through customs and taking care of all Duties and Taxes that may apply.
Prohibited / Restricted Items Terms & Conditions
- Combustible, flammable items (gasoline, paints, oil, nail polish, perfume etc.)
- Pressurized cans, aerosol can products (hairspray, paint spray can etc.)
- Hazardous materials and corrosive material (chemical, industrial chemical etc.)
- Firearms, firearms parts & accessories, any items under the control of ITAR (ammunition, gun, scopes, laser attachment, ballistic calculator, range finder with ballistic calculator, amor, military weapons & accessories, night vision & thermal goggles or devices etc.)
- Agriculture and produces (live or dead plants, seeds, animals, fur, fruits etc.)
- Monetary items (coins, precious stones, cash, precious metal etc.)
- Drugs (prescription drugs, illegal drugs of any form, THC, CBD etc.)
- Adult toys cannot ship to certain countries. If any issues arise with Customs or package is return, Planet Express will not be held Liable.
- Pornography (DVD, magazines, photos ect.)
- Stand-alone Lithium-ion battery (PI965) and battery packs are prohibited to be shipped by Planet Express. We can only ship items that contain Lithium-Ion Battery (PI967) and items that packed with Lithium-Ion Battery (PI966). All batteries need to be declared including but not limited to: items containing Lithium-ion batteries, coin batteries such as lithium metal button batteries which are present in most electronic devices like desktop computers, routers, stand alone motherboards, ect.
- Any electronic device containing batteries that is Repaired, Damaged, or For Parts condition CANNOT be shipped using any USPS shipping method. All electronics contained batteries must be in NEW or USED and in working condition.
- DHL does not accept two different battery declarations in the same shipment. PI967 (Lithium Ion/Metal Batteries contained in equipment) and PI966 (Lithium-ion batteries packed with equipment) cannot be combined in one package when being shipped out by DHL.
- Corrosive, Explosive, Flammable, Compressed/Pressurized items, a Chemical solution of any form, Hazardous Materials
- Tobacco products are a restricted product and can’t be sent. (Cigars, Cigarettes, Vapes, E-cigs, Vape Juice, ect..)
- Perishable items
- Human or animal remains, live or dead animals or plants
- Identification
- Electronic equipment or equipment requires ECCN (Export Control Classification Number).
- Firearms or firearms parts, rifle scope, red dot sight, ammo, parts, accessories and any items under the restriction of ITAR, Department of Commerce, US Customs Border Protection, or US Department of Treasury.
- Letter mail including address verification codes from any retailer(Amazon, eBay, Shopify, ect..)
- Letter mail, debit cards, and credit cards cannot be shipped via Yamato. All packages shipped using Yamato must be for Personal use. Items marked as Merchandise/Sale of goods cannot be processed by Yamato.
- Knives, Blades, Sword ect cannot ship via DHL, Planet Mail, Aramex, Yamato, and USPS anywhere in the world.
- Knives, Blades, Sword ect cannot be shipped to Australia, or the UK with any of the shipping methods available
These items are restricted and prohibited by our carrier and the US government, some items are legal to ship according to US regulations and our carrier. However, it is best to check with your local customs office for the legality of importing your items.

Below is the list of countries that we can’t provide our service to.

- Myanmar

- Russia
- Belarus
- Our list of countries will be updated frequently in conjunction with the US Department of Homeland Security, US Customs Border Protection, and OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control).
We reserve the right to refuse to ship a package to any location/address.
Privacy Terms & Condition
- All personal information, including names, phone numbers, email, and addresses that are provided to Planet Express, will not be shared or disclosed to 3rd
- Planet Express will only provide the contact information or shipping address to our carriers (which are our partners) for delivery of packages only, we do not sell or share your information with any other 3rd
- When registering with Planet Express, we protect all of your information on our secure database servers. Any profile pages that display your personal information are password-protected.
- Planet Express does not save or store credit card numbers for security and privacy protection.
- Any type of sharing an account or selling your account information or other Planet Express customers’ information is prohibited. The violator will be suspended and unable to use our service again.
- Report about data which we store about customers (names, addresses, email, phone numbers) can be sent to our customer per his or her request.
- The customer can permanently delete the Planet Express account, including all stored data.
Insurance & Claim Terms & Condition
- The insurance value for the package can’t exceed the items’ actual value. Customs declarations are used to determine the claim insurance value. Retailer actual invoice is required for all insurance and claims requests, including lost packages during transit, in the warehouse, or damage & missing items.
- If insurance is not purchased, the claim will be denied, and no compensation of the (shipping and or declared value) would not be provided in case of lost or damaged packages.
- Insurance does not cover for sentimental value items, collectible items, jewelry, precious stone, or precious metal.
- The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed. These estimated delivery dates are based on major/popular countries only. The actual time for the package delivered to each country may vary.
- Planet Express is not responsible for packages delivered by carriers to our warehouses after business hours or outside of our business hours.
For “Not Entered Package Claim”
- If a package is not entered into your account within 1-2 business days, file the “Not Entered Package” claim.
- The claim must be filed within 30 days of the package delivery date.
For “Lost or Damaged Package during shipping from Planet Express”

Planet Express Shipping Rewards Program
Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: [3/16/2026]
The Planet Express Shipping Rewards Program (“Program”) is offered by Planet Express Inc. (“Planet Express,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Overview
The Shipping Rewards Program allows eligible customers to receive discounted shipping rates based on their annual qualified spending with Planet Express.
The more you spend, the more you save on shipping.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Initial Eligibility
Customers who spent at least $2,000 USD in qualified services during the prior calendar year are automatically enrolled in the current year’s Program.
2.2 Qualification for Future Enrollment
Customers who do not meet the $2,000 threshold in the prior year may qualify for enrollment in the following calendar year if they accumulate at least $2,000 USD in qualified spending during the current calendar year.
Planet Express reserves the sole discretion to determine eligibility.
3. Qualified Spending
“Qualified Spending” includes most Planet Express service fees, including but not limited to:
- Shipping charges
- Consolidation fees
- Repacking fees
- Mail-out fees
- Special request fees
- Shop for Me service fees
The following are excluded from Qualified Spending:
- The item purchase price of “Shop for Me” orders
- Taxes and duties
- Third-party charges
- Refunded transactions and disputed transactions
Planet Express reserves the right to determine which services qualify.
4. Reward Structure
Rewards are calculated based on a comparison between current-year qualified spending and the customer’s prior-year qualified spending.
4.1 Tier 1 Reward
When a customer reaches 75% of their prior-year qualified spending, they will receive:
- 1% discount on shipping costs
4.2 Tier 2 Reward
When a customer reaches 100% of their prior-year qualified spending, they will receive:
- 3% discount on shipping costs
- Valid for the remainder of the current calendar year
- Valid for the entirety of the following calendar year
5. Application of Discount
- The discount applies only to shipping costs.
- The discount does not apply to service fees, item costs, insurance, taxes, duties, or third-party charges.
- Discounts are applied at the time of mailout.
- Discounts have no cash value.
- Discounts are non-transferable.
6. Calculation and Tracking
- Spending calculations are based on completed and paid transactions.
- Refunds or chargebacks may reduce qualified spending totals.
- Planet Express reserves the right to audit accounts and adjust spending calculations at its discretion.
All calculations made by Planet Express are final.
7. Program Limitations
- Rewards apply only to the account that earned them.
- Multiple accounts may not be combined.
- Abuse, fraud, manipulation, or attempts to artificially inflate spending may result in removal from the Program and possible account termination.
8. Right to Modify or Terminate
Planet Express reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Modify the Program structure
- Adjust reward percentages
- Change eligibility requirements
- Update qualified spending definitions
- Suspend or terminate the Program entirely
- Remove any account from participation at any time, with or without notice
Participation in the Program does not create any contractual right or vested benefit.
9. Removal from Program
Planet Express may remove any account from the Program for any reason including, but not limited to:
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Abuse of promotions
- Suspicious activity
Removal may occur with or without prior notice.
10. No Guarantee of Savings
Shipping rates are subject to carrier pricing, dimensional weight policies, fuel surcharges, and other market factors. Participation in the Program does not guarantee overall savings or price stability.
11. Limitation of Liability
Planet Express shall not be liable for:
- Miscalculations of rewards
- Technical errors
- System outages
- Delays in reward application
- Changes to shipping rates
The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
12. Governing Terms
This Program is subject to the Planet Express Terms of Service. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service shall control.
