Costco belongs (alongside Walmart) to one of the largest cash & carry retail stores in the US. And although it's cash & carry, you can take advantage of their online store. We'll show you how to order goods and send them to your country directly from the US for very affordable prices.

1. The first step to do is registering and setting up an American address. You will use this address to receive goods from Costco and other online stores in the US.
2. During your order at Costco, you will use your new US address. As soon as the package is received at our warehouse in Gardena, California, we will notify you by email.
3. After receiving the package, you will fill out the customs declaration, select the shipping method and we will send you the package. Within a few days or weeks, it will be right at your doorstep.

Although Costco has warehouses in the US, Canada, and the United Kingdom, if you want to shop at the American online store, you will need a US address where you receive the goods. We can provide you with it.

At registration, just fill in your name, country, email, and password. Use a strong password to eliminate the risk of somebody getting into your account. We recommend using online generator tools like The best ones are passwords that do not make any sense - "6ad5s!Ad4sf". Don't use passwords like "123456", "password123", "password123".

Complete your Registration At

After confirming your email and signing in to your Planet Express account, the following screen will welcome you. On the right side of the screen, you will see the fields that you need to fill in. This is your delivery address. In other words, the address to which we will send you your packages from the USA.

Fill in the shipping address and accept the Form 1583. We will activate your US address after adding a $5 deposit. We will collect this deposit as a prevention against the abusing of our service. But you don't have to worry, we will add this deposit as your shipping credit.

You can pay with PayPal, credit/debit cards, through Bitpay (Bitcoin), or with a wire transfer.

2nd STEP: Let's Order Goods from

Now you have all the necessary tools for your purchase at We prepared also an example for you. Select the items you want to shop and follow the instructions below.

When you review the items in your shopping cart, click on CHECKOUT.

As you can see, if you are not logged in, you will have to sign in or you have to make an account because Costco doesn't offer options "shop as guest".

So, fill in the necessary details. You don't have to fill in the membership number. When you finish the registration, go to your shopping cart (simply click on the "cart" icon).

The following step is probably the most important. You have to fill in the delivery address correctly so the package will be delivered.

After you fill in the address details, feel free to CONTINUE TO PAYMENT. You will be asked if you want to use the suggested address that offers Costco system. This address is different only in its format.

Now you can pay for the order. Costco offers only 3 payment methods. Credit/debit card, VISA Checkout or Costco Cash Card. Select the one that suits you, follow the instructions and finish your order.

Depending on the delivery method you choose, it takes a few days for the carrier to deliver the package to our warehouse. Once we receive it, we will send you a notification email. If you don't receive it, the explanation can be the following:

1. The email has been delivered to you but it was marked as spam. Look into your spam/promo folder.
2. The package didn't arrive in our warehouse - the package is probably still on its way.
3. The package arrived at our warehouse, but due to the absence of an identification number, we do not know which account to assign it to. In this case, please contact us at [email protected] and send us proof (invoice) that you have paid for the goods. We will then link the package to your account.

3rd STEP: We Ship the Package from the US to your Country

Once you receive an email that we received your package from Costco, we are ready to forward it to you.

The notification email contains information about the package (weight and dimensions, tracking number etc).

Now, please log in to your Planet Express account and fill in the customs declaration (see the instructions below).

What is the Customs Declaration and Why you Must Fill it in?

The Customs Declaration is a document that is used to verify the contents of a package during the customs control. IT helps to have control over the movement of goods into the country. It is, therefore, necessary to fill it in. Without a completed customs declaration, the package cannot be sent. Remember, if the package value exceeds the de minimis value for your country, you will have to pay customs duties from it. Unfortunately, there is no 100 % how to avoid customs duties.

Tip: Use the Simply Duty tool that helps you calculate the customs duties.

The second reason why you should fill in the customs declaration is insurance. If something bad happens during transport and the content will be damaged, you will be refunded from the value in the declaration. For example, if you fill in $10 in your customs declaration, you will be refunded $10 (+ cost of the shipping), regardless of the item's value.

How to Fill in the Customs Declaration?

Now you know what is customs declaration. Let's fill it in.

The fields are explained below:

Product description – what is inside of the package? Please, fill it in English.
Quantity – how much is it?
Value – what is the value of one piece in American dollars (USD)?
Origin – where it comes from? (usually the USA)
Batteries – does the package contain batteries?

Forward the Package from Planet Express Warehouse to Your Country

The customs declaration is completed, now you can place a MAILOUT request. Click MAILOUT to select the delivery address:

Choose the shipping method - for more expensive goods such as electronics, we recommend using shipping methods from DHL (Worldwide Express) and FedEx (Priority/Economy). These methods offer more detailed tracking of the package. If the package contains cheaper goods such as a T-shirt or other "soft" items, use methods such as Planet Mail Economy/Express, USPS Economy/Priority or Aramex.

We recommend paying for insurance. Sometimes it happens that the package is damaged or even lost. We can not influence that once the package is in hands of the carrier. In case of a claim and a refund, you will be refunded the amount you entered in the customs declaration along with the shipping cost.
