1st STEP: Get the US Address For FREE
To receive orders from IPSY, you need to have a US address because IPSY doesn’t offer international shipping yet (IPSY delivers across the US and its territories for free, and to Canada).
It is really easy to get the US address. And what is more, the address is for FREE! Watch the following video or read our tutorial.

2nd STEP: Subscribe to IPSY.com
Now, we can finally place an order for the IPSY subscription to your new US website. Don’t worry, it is easy and we are going to guide you through the whole order.
Go to the IPSY.com website and answer their ‘quiz’ to get super personalized products in your subscription.
Once you finish with the quiz, you can select the subscription option you want. IPSY offers 1 glam bag (box) per month for $12 (products worth $50+) or glam bag plus for $25 (products worth $120+) shipped monthly or every 2 months.
Finally, you can fill in the delivery address. Use the address you got from us in STEP #1. Your address contains your name and unique SUITE ID.
Confirm the order and wait for the delivery of your IPSY package to our warehouse.
When does IPSY ship and how long does the delivery take?
IPSY Glam Bags are sent from IPSY’s warehouse in the middle of the month. The delivery time may vary but usually, it takes around 10 business days before Glam Bags arrive at our warehouse (you can track the package using the tracking number you get from IPSY).
3rd STEP: Forward your Package to Your Country
Once your package from IPSY will be delivered, you will get a notification email from us. The email provides you with the most important info about your package (weight, dimensions, tracking number, etc.).
Before we can forward your package to your home, it is necessary to fill in the customs declaration. Sign in to your Planet Express account and fill it in according to the instructions on How to fill the customs declaration.
Select the Delivery Method from the US to Your Country
Have you completed the customs declaration? Good, now you can finally get the IPSY international shipping. Select the delivery method from the US to your country. We recommend using Planet Mail Express or USPS Priority/Express for your packages from IPSY. These methods are very cheap and provide basic tracking.
