Zappos belongs to one of the biggest online stores with footwear and fashion. You can find there thousands of articles for men, women, and kids. Unfortunately, Zappos.com doesn’t offer international shipping.
We will show you in 3 simple steps how to forward goods from the US to your country.
1. Get a US address for free on our website.
2. Your order from Zappos will be sent to this address. Once we receive it, we will send you a confirmation email.
3. After that, you will fill in the customs declaration and select the delivery method. We will do the rest.

1. Setting up Planet Express Account and Free US Address
Some online stores in the US don’t offer international shipping. For cases like these, services like ours exist. We will provide you with the US address for free. Confirm your Email Address
After the initial set up, you need to verify your address. We need to send you some emails (including the notifications about receiving your package). It is necessary to verify your email address. Make sure you go through your spam/promo folder if you can’t find the verification email.
If you can’t verify your email, send us an email.
Fill in the Delivery Address and Activate your US Address
Once you will visit the following welcome page, you need to fill in the delivery address. This is the address where we are going to ship the packages from the US.
To activate the US address, please, add a $5 deposit. This is one of our security features. We will add your deposit to your account so you don’t lose the money.
We offer several payment methods – wire transfer, PayPal, credit card payment, Amazon Pay or Bitcoin payment.
After choosing the payment method, follow the instructions – we selected credit card payment.

If you did everything correctly, your US address with a unique suite ID will be activated.
The Planet Express address you will get from us looks like in this example:

Your personal SUITE ID is very important. Thanks to that we will link your orders to your account. To your US address, you can order goods from stores like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and many more stores not only from the US but from the whole world.
2. Ordering the Goods at Zappos.com
How we mentioned earlier, at Zappos.com you can find footwear and fashion. Now we will guide you through the order at their website.
First, at all, you need to choose the goods you want to order. After that, ADD IT TO CART. We selected sandals for kids.
Continue shopping or PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
You need to set up an account with Zappos to order the goods. Click on CREATE YOUR ZAPPOS ACCOUNT button.
Fill in your US address details. Then confirm it and click SHIP TO THIS ADDRESS.
You can select only one payment method on Zappos – it is credit card payment.
In the last step, you pay for the order, select the delivery method, and confirm it.
Once we receive the package in our warehouse (on your US address), we will send you an email. The orders are delivered usually during 1 or 2 weeks. If you don’t receive an email from us, it can mean the following:
1. You received the email, but it has been marked as spam. Go through your spam and promo folders.
2. The package has not been delivered yet.
a) It is still on its way – wait a few more days.
b) The seller cheated you (this is possible if you order from 3rd party sellers).
3. The package has been delivered to our warehouse but there is no SUITE ID. We marked the package as UNKNOWN. Feel free to contact us and send us proof (screen of the order, invoice…) that the package is yours. Then we will link it to your account.
3. Shipping the Package to Your Country
The last part of our guide is dedicated to sending the package from the US to your country. If you received the email from us, you are a few clicks from the finish.
In the email, you will find the information about the package (weight, dimensions, tracking number, etc.).
Before we can ship the package to your doorstep, you need to finish one more action – the customs declaration. Sign in to your Planet Express account and fill it in according to the instructions below.

What is Customs Declaration Good For?
The customs declaration is a formal document useful for customs officers. Thanks to it they have a better overview of the goods imported to their country. You can fill in the customs declaration online in our administration. Without properly completed declaration the package cannot be sent.
If the package value is over de minimis value for your country, you have to pay customs duties too. Calculate the customs fees with the SimplyDuty tool.
A second good reason why to fill in the customs declaration is eventual refund (read more at our Terms and Conditions page). The value filled in the customs declaration is the value that will be refunded (+ value of the shipping). So, if you fill in $10 but the real value of the goods is $100, you will be refunded $10 + costs of the shipping.
How to Fill In The Customs Declaration?
Now you know what is a customs declaration good for. Let’s fill it in.
Product description – what do you ship? Fill this field in English. Here you can find a list of prohibited items.
Quantity – how much is it?
Value – what is the value of 1 piece in USD?
Origin – where it comes from? Usually from the US.
Batteries – does the package contains batteries?

First, at all, add the individual items contained in the package. After that, click on SAVE. If you want to send the package to your country immediately, click SAVE AND MAIL OUT.
If you need to ship the package as soon as possible, select PRIORITY MAIL OUT. We will move the package to the beginning of the queue so it will be sent first.
Shipping the Package – Selecting the Delivery Method and Address
Once the customs declaration is finished, select the delivery address and the delivery method. Remember, some of the delivery methods may not be available due to size & weight limits, or restrictions in your country.
If no delivery method appears, check your delivery address or the weight/dimensions of the package (they are maybe too huge). If the package contains standalone batteries, it cannot be sent due to safety regulations.

Based on the delivery method, delivery address and package information, the price is calculated. We recommend using cheaper delivery methods (USPS, Planet Mail) for goods with low value and more expansive methods (DHL, FedEx) for items like laptops, TV’s, etc.
You can pay for the insurance if you want. It is not necessary but we highly recommend it. Some of the employees of the shipping companies don’t take care of the packages very well and it may be damaged. In extreme situations, the package can be lost or confiscated by the local government. Please, remember, we cannot influence these circumstances. However, if you pay for the insurance, you will be refunded.

Track the package with the tracking number. There are several services that offer package tracking. We present them on our website How to track your package.
All of our delivery methods offer package tracking, excluding Planet Mail Economy. USPS methods are tracked to the delivery country only.
Also, make sure you check the package condition when you receive it. We recommend open the package and take pictures of eventual damage. It is necessary to send us some proofs of the damage if you want to be refunded.
