Neutrogena offers in its online store skin-care, cosmetics, and other beauty products. Unlike Sephora, Neutrogena sells only its own brand products according to a Norwegian formula.
Neutrogena produces its products for almost 100 years and we are going to show you now, how to get international shipping from their online store.
The order can be done in 3 simple steps:
1. Get a free US address on our website.
2. Order the goods on Neutrogena.com that will be delivered to your new US address (which is the address of our warehouse).
3. Complete the customs declaration and select the delivery method to your home.

STEP n.1: Establishing the US Address
Neutrogena.com doesn’t offer international shipping yet. So, if you want to order goods directly from their website, you need to find a way how to do that. Fortunately, we are here to show you exactly that!
Establishing the US Address may sound complicated but it is a simple process. Feel free to follow instructions in our video or pictures below.
Select your preferred language (we offer English, Japanese, Russian, Czech, Arabic, and Spanish). Fill in your name, country, email address, etc. We recommend tools like LastPass or 1Password for generating and storing a strong password.
Confirmation of your Email Address
When you the first part of the registration, verify your email address. Our email may be marked as spam/promo, so check these folders too.
Confirm the verification by clicking the CONFIRM MY EMAIL button.
Filling in your Delivery Address
After you log in to your account for the first time, you will have to fill in your delivery address.
Activating your US Address
For activating your US address, add a $5 deposit. We will add it as your shipping credit immediately.
Choose from the payment methods we offer – wire transfer, PayPal, credit card payments, Amazon Pay or Bitcoin payments.
Follow the instructions and pay for the deposit.
A successful payment is marked as CONFIRMED in ORDERS tab.
The dashboard displays the most important information.

Your personal SUITE ID is very important. According to this number, we will link your packages to your account. Make sure you fill it in during the order (see the next step)!
STEP n.2: Ordering the Goods on Neutrogena.com
We recommended several stores, where to buy beauty products. But on the following lines, we will show you how to shop on Neutrogena.com.
When we prepared this guide, Neutrogena offered free shipping for orders above $25. So, we added 2 pieces of hydro water gel to our shopping cart by clicking ADD TO BAG.
After you add the goods you want to buy to your shopping bag, you will see a small window that will appear. You can continue shopping or pay for the order.
If you have an account with Neutrogena, feel free to log in. Otherwise, fill in your email address and select the first option “No, checkout as a guest”. We don’t recommend using LOGIN WITH FACEBOOK due to safety reasons.

Fill in delivery address according to the example below (make sure you fill in your name and suite ID).
Select the payment method you prefer (credit card payment or PayPal).
Review your order and confirm it.
You can very easily find out where is your package thanks to the tracking number.
Most of the carriers offer package tracking so you can track the package from the comfort of your home. If you don’t get any email from us for more than 2 weeks it can mean the following:
1. You received the email (the package has been delivered) but it has been marked as spam. Go through your spam and promo folders in your inbox.
2. The package has not been delivered yet.
a) It is still on its way – wait a few more days.
b) The seller cheated you (this is possible if you order from 3rd party sellers).
3. The package has been delivered to our warehouse but there is no SUITE ID. We marked the package as UNKNOWN PACKAGES. Feel free to contact us and send us proof (screen of the order, invoice…) that the package is yours. Then we will link it to your account.
STEP n.3: Shipping Package to Your Country
How you find out that you have the package in our warehouse? You will receive the following email from us.
You will find the most important info (weight, dimensions, tracking number, etc.) in the email.

What is Customs Declaration Good For?
The customs declaration is a formal document useful for customs officers. Thanks to it they have a better overview of the goods imported to their country. You can fill in the customs declaration online in our administration. Without properly completed declaration the package cannot be sent.
If the package value is over de minimis value for your country, you have to pay customs duties. Estimate them with the SimplyDuty tool.
A second good reason why to fill in the customs declaration is eventual refund (read more at our Terms and Conditions page). The value filled in the customs declaration is the value that will be refunded (+ value of the shipping). So, if you fill in $10 but the real value of the goods is $100, you will be refunded $10 + costs of the shipping.
How to Fill In the Customs Declaration?
Now you know what is a customs declaration good for. Let’s fill it in.
Product description – what do you ship? Fill this field in English. Here you can find a list of prohibited items.
Quantity – how much is it?
Value – what is the value of 1 piece in USD?
Origin – where it comes from? Usually from the US.
Batteries – does the package contains batteries?
Gift or Merchandise?
If the content of the package is for personal use (gift), mark it as a GIFT. Remember that marking the package as a gift doesn’t mean you don’t have to pay customs from it!
MERCHANDISE is usually something that is intended to be resold. This option should use everyone that sell the items from the US to other people/businesses.

First, at all, add the individual items contained in the package. After that, click on SAVE. If you want to send the package to your country immediately, click SAVE AND MAILOUT.
Make sure you double check the final value of the package. If the package contains 2 same items, fill in the value for 1 item and set the quantity to 2.
If you need to ship the package as soon as possible, select PRIORITY MAILOUT. We will move the package to the beginning of the queue so it will be sent first.
Selecting the Delivery Method from the US to Your Country
Have you completed the customs declaration? Good, now you can select the delivery method from the US to your country. Remember, some of the delivery methods (especially Planet Mail and USPS) may not be available due to size & weight limits, or other restrictions in your country.
If you can’t see any delivery method after selecting the delivery address, the package is too big/heavy (use our repack request), the delivery address is not correctly filled in (make sure you double check it) or you want to ship standalone batteries PI965. If the package contains standalone batteries, it cannot be sent due to safety reasons.
Make sure you check the final value of the package. If the package value is over $2500 for USPS, $6000 for FedEx and for $8000 DHL, the delivery method will not be displayed.

We recommend using cheaper delivery methods (USPS, Planet Mail) for soft and low-value goods and more expansive methods (DHL, FedEx) for fragile items like laptops, TV’s, etc or if you want faster delivery.
Tip: Calculate the price of the shipping in advance (even before you receive it in the US) with our postage calculator.
You can also pay for the insurance if you want. It is not necessary but we highly recommend it. Some of the employees of the shipping companies don’t take care of the packages very well. During the transport, the package can be damaged. In extreme situations, the package can be lost or confiscated by the local government. It needs to be said that this doesn’t happen very often.
Please, remember, we cannot influence these circumstances. However, if you pay for the insurance, you will get refunded more likely.
Have you Received the Package from the Carrier? Double Check it
Thanks to the tracking number you can track the location of the package very easily. You can track your package through websites like 17track.net, with a phone App or through the websites of the carriers. read our article How to track your package to get more detailed info about package tracking.
Package tracking is available for all of our delivery methods, excluding Planet Mail Economy. USPS methods are tracked to the delivery country only.
