Walgreens is one of the biggest online drugstores in the US. You can find there drugs, contact lenses, cosmetics, and many more goods. Unfortunately, Walgreens.com don’t ship to every country in the world.
Therefore, we will show a little trick divided into 3 steps so you can get goods from Walgreens to your country.
1. First, you will need a US address that we will provide you for free on our website.
2. Then, you will order goods from Walgreens to your US address. When we receive your package will send you an email.
3. After that, you will complete the customs declaration and choose the delivery method. We take care of the rest.

1st STEP: Sign up with Planet Express and Get a Free US Address

Verify your Email Address
When you finish the sign-up process, we will send you the verification email. The verification is necessary because we will send you information about your account there. The email may fall into spam/promo folders so make sure you check them too.
By clicking the CONFIRM MY EMAIL button you do the verification. If it doesn’t work, let us know.
Set up your Delivery Address and Activate the US Address
During the first login, you will see empty fields that need to be filled in. This will be your delivery address to which we will deliver goods from the US. You can add several delivery addresses and even edit them so don’t worry if you made some mistake.
Your US address needs to be activated by adding a $5 deposit. The deposit will be added as your shipping credit.
You can pay to us using several payment methods. We support wire transfer, PayPal, credit card payment, Amazon Pay or Bitcoin payments.
Select the payment method and follow the instructions – we selected credit card payment as an example.
Your payments to Planet Express will be listed in the ORDERS tab.
Your US address is now activated. You will see your Suite ID and the rest of the address.
The US address by Planet Express looks like in this example:

Your personal SUITE ID is very important. According to this number, we will link the incoming packages to your account. You can use your US address for ordering the goods from thousands of stores like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and many more. We can even receive packages from the outside of the US.
2nd STEP: Order the Goods from Walgreens.com
We introduced Walgreens at the beginning of this tutorial. Feel free to shop drugs, cosmetics, supplements, vitamins, etc. (more stores where you can buy supplements you can find in our article).
Now, will show you how to order goods from Walgreens. Once you find the product you want to order, add it to your cart. Make sure the product is in stock in the online store (the ADD TO CART button will be available).
CONTINUE SHOPPING to buy more items or VIEW CART to finish the order.
If you don’t have an account with Walgreens you can continue as a guest.
Don’t forget to fill in your SUITE ID while filling in the delivery address.
Opt-in the “SAME AS SHIPPING ADDRESS” checkbox in the BILLING ADDRESS. Pay with your credit card, PayPal, Visa Checkout or MasterPass.
Finish the order according to the instructions. You will have to check items in your cart, select the delivery method and confirm the order.
After we receive your package from Walgreens you will get an email from us. Most of the orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks (depending on the delivery method you choose). In case the email is not delivered, it can mean the following:
1. You received the email, but it has been marked as spam. Go through your spam and promo folders.
2. The package has not been delivered yet.
a) It is still on its way – wait a few more days.
b) The seller cheated you (this is possible if you order from 3rd party sellers).
3. The package has been delivered to our warehouse but there is no SUITE ID. We marked the package as UNKNOWN. Feel free to contact us and send us proof (screen of the order, invoice…) that the package is yours. Then we will link it to your account.
3rd STEP: Delivery of the Package to Your Country
The last step lefts. Now we will send the package to your country but first, you will have to take a few actions. So if you got the following email, continue reading.
We inform you about the most important package details (weight, dimensions, tracking number, etc.).

What is Customs Declaration Good For?
The customs declaration is a formal document useful for customs officers. Thanks to it they have a better overview of the goods imported to their country. You can fill in the customs declaration online in our administration. Without properly completed declaration the package cannot be sent.
If the package value is over de minimis value for your country, you have to pay customs duties. Estimate them with the SimplyDuty tool.
A second good reason why to fill in the customs declaration is eventual refund (read more at our Terms and Conditions page). The value filled in the customs declaration is the value that will be refunded (+ value of the shipping). So, if you fill in $10 but the real value of the goods is $100, you will be refunded $10 + costs of the shipping.
How to Fill In the Customs Declaration?
Now you know what is a customs declaration good for. Let’s fill it in.
Product description – what do you ship? Fill this field in English. Here you can find a list of prohibited items.
Quantity – how much is it?
Value – what is the value of 1 piece in USD?
Origin – where it comes from? Usually from the US.
Batteries – does the package contains batteries?
Gift or Merchandise?
If the content of the package is for personal use (gift), mark it as a GIFT. Remember that marking the package as a gift doesn’t mean you don’t have to pay customs from it!
MERCHANDISE is usually something that is intended to be resold. This option should use everyone that sell the items from the US to other people/businesses.

First, at all, add the individual items contained in the package. After that, click on SAVE. If you want to send the package to your country immediately, click SAVE AND MAIL OUT.
If you need to ship the package as soon as possible, select PRIORITY MAIL OUT. We will move the package to the beginning of the queue so it will be sent first.
Shipping the Package – Selecting the Delivery Method and Address
You have finished the customs declaration? Good, select the shipping method from the US to your country. Remember, some of the delivery methods (especially Planet Mail and USPS) may not be available due to size & weight limits, or restrictions in your country.
It may happen that any delivery method appears. This means that the package is too big/heavy, the delivery address is not correctly filled in or you want to ship batteries. If the package contains standalone batteries, it cannot be sent due to safety reasons.

The price of the shipping is calculated based on the delivery method, delivery address, and package information. We recommend using cheaper delivery methods (USPS, Planet Mail) for soft and low-value goods. More expansive methods (DHL, FedEx) are useful for items like laptops, TV’s, etc or if you want the faster delivery.
You can also pay for the insurance if you want. It is not necessary but we highly recommend it. Some of the employees of the shipping companies don’t take care of the packages very well. During the transport, the package can be damaged. In extreme situations, the package can be lost or confiscated by the local government. It needs to be said that this doesn’t happen very often.
Please, remember, we cannot influence these circumstances. However, if you pay for the insurance, you will be refunded.
Package Delivered has been Delivered?
Track the package with the tracking number that is provided when you mail out the package. There are several services that offer package tracking – check them all on our How to track your package page.
Package tracking is available for all of our delivery methods, excluding Planet Mail Economy. USPS methods are tracked to the delivery country only.
Also, make sure you check the package condition when you receive it. If the package is damaged, take pictures of it and send us them to [email protected]
