Sephora offers products by more than 300 brands from all over the world from the less known to the most luxurious. It is one of the biggest online stores with beauty products.
However, even Sephora has its own stores around the world, they don’t offer international shipping from their official online store. So we will show you how to get it.
1. You will get a free US address from us.
2. Then the goods can be ordered from Sephora.com to this address. We will send you a notification email when we receive it.
3. And finally, you will finish the customs declaration and send the package with one of our delivery methods.

STEP 1: Create an Account with Planet Express
Unfortunately, Sephora.com doesn’t offer international shipping to every country. Anyway, it doesn’t mean that you can’t get goods from the store to your country. You just need to know how to do it. And we will show you exactly that.
Create the account with Planet Express according to this video or continue reading. If you have an account, skip to STEP 2.
Confirm your Email Address
Once you finish the first part of the registration, you need to confirm your email because we will send you info about your packages there. Sometimes are the emails marked as spam/promo, so check these folders too.
You confirm the verification by clicking the CONFIRM MY EMAIL button. Let us know if some problems occur.
Fill in your Delivery Address
During the first login into your Planet Express account, you will be asked to fill in the delivery address. To this address, we deliver the goods from the US.
Activate your Address
Add a $5 deposit to activate the address. We told you that the US address is free, right? It is the deposit is immediately added to your account as your shipping credit.
We offer several payment methods – wire transfer, PayPal, credit card payments, Amazon Pay or Bitcoin payments.
After you select the payment method, follow the instructions.
All your payments are listed in the ORDERS tab. Successful payments have to have CONFIRMED status.
Now you will see an activated US address in the Planet Express Dashboard.

Your personal SUITE ID is very important. Thanks to this number, we link the packages to the accounts of our customers. You can receive packages from stores like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and even from overseas to your US address.
STEP 2: Order the Goods from Sephora.com
We have talked about the best stores where to buy beauty products already. However, now we will dive into a whole process of purchasing goods from Sephora.
Go to Sephora.com and select the goods you want to buy. Add them to cart by clicking ADD TO BASKET.
Now proceed to CHECKOUT.
You will see the items in your shopping cart now. Continue by clicking CHECKOUT button.
Fill in your email address, and sign-in to your sephora.com account if you have one.
Fill in the details of your US address and then add SUITE ID field. Then SAVE & CONTINUE.
Add your suite ID and SAVE.
Select the delivery method (you can see the estimated delivery time). Free shipping takes around 1 week to deliver.
Pay for your order through PayPal or with your credit card.
Now, simply review your order and confirm it.
Most of the carriers offer package tracking so you can track the package from the comfort of your home. If you don’t get any email from us for more than 2 weeks it can mean the following:
1. You received the email (the package has been delivered) but it has been marked as spam. Go through your spam and promo folders in your inbox.
2. The package has not been delivered yet.
a) It is still on its way – wait a few more days.
b) The seller cheated you (this is possible if you order from 3rd party sellers).
3. The package has been delivered to our warehouse but there is no SUITE ID. We marked the package as UNKNOWN PACKAGES. Feel free to contact us and send us proof (screen of the order, invoice…) that the package is yours. Then we will link it to your account.
STEP 3: Delivery of the Package to Your Country
Finally, if you get the following email, you are a few steps from shipping your package to your country.
You will find the most important info (weight, dimensions, tracking number, etc.) in the email.

What is Customs Declaration Good For?
The customs declaration is a formal document useful for customs officers. Thanks to it they have a better overview of the goods imported to their country. You can fill in the customs declaration online in our administration. Without properly completed declaration the package cannot be sent.
If the package value is over de minimis value for your country, you have to pay customs duties. Estimate them with the SimplyDuty tool.
A second good reason why to fill in the customs declaration is eventual refund (read more at our Terms and Conditions page). The value filled in the customs declaration is the value that will be refunded (+ value of the shipping). So, if you fill in $10 but the real value of the goods is $100, you will be refunded $10 + costs of the shipping.
How to Fill In the Customs Declaration?
Now you know what is a customs declaration good for. Let’s fill it in.
Product description – what do you ship? Fill this field in English. Here you can find a list of prohibited items.
Quantity – how much is it?
Value – what is the value of 1 piece in USD?
Origin – where it comes from? Usually from the US.
Batteries – does the package contains batteries?
Gift or Merchandise?
If the content of the package is for personal use (gift), mark it as a GIFT. Remember that marking the package as a gift doesn’t mean you don’t have to pay customs from it!
MERCHANDISE is usually something that is intended to be resold. This option should use everyone that sell the items from the US to other people/businesses.

First, at all, add the individual items contained in the package. After that, click on SAVE. If you want to send the package to your country immediately, click SAVE AND MAILOUT.
Make sure you double check the final value of the package. If the package contains 2 same items, fill in the value for 1 item and set the quantity to 2.
If you need to ship the package as soon as possible, select PRIORITY MAILOUT. We will move the package to the beginning of the queue so it will be sent first.
Selecting the Shipping Method to Your Country
You have finished the customs declaration? Good, select the shipping method from the US to your country. Remember, some of the delivery methods (especially Planet Mail and USPS) may not be available due to size & weight limits, or restrictions in your country.
It may happen that any delivery method appears. This means that the package is too big/heavy, the delivery address is not correctly filled in or you want to ship standalone batteries PI965. If the package contains standalone batteries, it cannot be sent due to safety reasons.
Make sure you check the final value of the package. If the package value is over $2500 for USPS, $6000 for FedEx and for $8000 DHL, the delivery method will not be displayed.

We recommend using cheaper delivery methods (USPS, Planet Mail) for soft and low-value goods. More expansive methods (DHL, FedEx) are useful for items like laptops, TV’s, etc or if you want faster delivery.
You can also pay for the insurance if you want. It is not necessary but we highly recommend it. Some of the employees of the shipping companies don’t take care of the packages very well. During the transport, the package can be damaged. In extreme situations, the package can be lost or confiscated by the local government. It needs to be said that this doesn’t happen very often.
Please, remember, we cannot influence these circumstances. However, if you pay for the insurance, you will be refunded.
